Since we deal with perishable commodities (food items), we have strict “No Returns, No Refunds” policy.

Incase your order was damaged during transit or product is of inferior or stale, please get in touch with our Support Team.

Notify us about Damaged, Defective, Wrong or expired item issues within 48 HRS of delivery, and we will either send a replacement product to you after inspection.

 You will need to share the image of product in original packaging with original receipt and details of its defects at our email address .

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be considered for refund (partial or full depending on the orders). Please contact us within 24 hours of orders. Orders once shipped will not be liable for cancellation or returns

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/CLAIM

· All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by original receipt.

· No warranty/guarantee/ exchange for articles on discount or sale period.

· For exchange or claim, it is mandatory to have the article inspected by the store and to return the article to our store, upon approval of exchange/claim.

· No exchange or claim would be entertained without return of the purchased article in original quantity to our store.

· No exchange or claim would be entertained on used article or less quantity article from there original purchased quantity.

· Replacement against exchange/claim will be subject to availability of the same product incase , the same product is not available at the store, then replacement will be adjusted against subsequent purchase at the same store.

· The value of the replaced article will be equal to the original purchase price of the exchange /claim article, as mentioned in the receipt, irrespective of the current price of the exchange/claim article at the time of the exchange /claim being made.

· If the value of the replaced article is less than the original value of the exchange/claim article, there will be no cash refund, only credit note issued.

· If the value of the replaced article is more than original value, the store will recover the difference in cash against sale.

· The decision of AAFARIN would be considered final in all cases.

· All disputes subject to exclusive territorial jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
